    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I am entirely in agreement with the proposal by the Hon. Member. A number of issues were raised on how some of these--- In case one has defaulted on certain things that are supposed to be executed--- Eventually we realized that we did not need this because we already have elaborate mechanisms both in the Constitution and other provisions of the law on how this is supposed to be executed. Therefore we felt that it should be done away with. I agree with the amendments."
