    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, at the outset, I think this is the right opportunity to thank those who asked for this deletion. I saw Hon. Keynan addressing the media on the deletion. I said until it comes to the Floor, it is not possible to know whether the deletion will take place or not. This is in the spirit of the Constitution. Parliament plays oversight role on public resources and vets individuals for suitability to public offices. So, it is custodian of public information. Each and every Kenyan, including the media must be given opportunity to go and analyse the performance of Parliament and its committees."
