    "content": "In my opinion, I think this particular clause was taking Kenya back to the dark days. I am sure it was in contravention of the whole Constitution, the spirit of a free society and the spirit of making sure that under Article 35 of the Constitution that access to information is a guarantee not only to the media and other institutions, but also to each and every Kenyan. I support the deletion. As a House, we need to be more progressive to make the Constitution a progressive document. Let us not take the Constitution back in a very retrogressive way."
