    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. In the past, Parliament has been portrayed as if we want to be special people protecting their interests. Time has come when we must open ourselves to the outside world and behave as Parliamentarians, but as Kenyans while we are out there. There is nothing sinister we are doing here that we cannot allow the office of the DPP and any other Government agencies to come in and investigate."
