    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, this is a dangerous provision. I request my colleagues to read the clause proposed to substitute the existing one. We are proposing to give officers within the precincts of Parliament power of a police officer. My worry is with the words “have all the powers and enjoy all the privileges of a police officer”. I would have not rejected this provision if we gave these officers specific powers of the police relating to some functions and not all powers of a police officer. We are creating police officers outside the regular police service. It is dangerous."
