    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I also stand to oppose this amendment. The Serjeant-at-Arms officers in this House have the powers of the police, but not all the powers per se . They can even claim powers to shoot whenever they want or to arrest us in this House. As much as I agree with Hon. Duale on some other matters, I do not agree with him on this one."
