    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. The way this clause is currently worded is really dangerous. It is dangerous because the institution of Parliament in any meaningful democracy is such that Members should have the opportunity and privilege to express themselves freely without fear. On the other hand, we know that there is the need to maintain law and order in the House. Those powers are already conferred on the Speaker and the Serjeant-at-Arms. The way this clause is worded dangerously introduces harsh police measures as to curb the freedom of expression. I, therefore, do not support the amendment or the original clause."
