(a) on receipt of a formal complaint from any person or on the recommendation of the relevant Committee of Powers and Privileges, investigate any information or allegation of alleged breaches of parliamentary privilege or the Code of Conduct for Members of Parliament; (b) report to the Committee of Powers and Privileges at the conclusion of investigations for the Committee to consider and make recommendations to the House; and (c) maintain a register of interests declared by The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
