    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I stand to strongly oppose the inclusion of this clause. We are talking about appointment of an officer who is equivalent to a judge of the High Court. We know very well that we are discussing the wage bill. Why are we including more staff in the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) now? Two, we do not want a prefect. Just like my friend from Tiaty has said, we have been vetted and voted for. In any case, even if we had this person appointed, we still are subject to scrutiny by the EACC. You do not keep these other authorities out of this. So, I strongly oppose this clause."
