Emanikor dropping her amendment because the issue of the Office of the Standards and Ethics has been defeated in new Clause 18. We will be proceeding with the amendment by Hon. Keynan. If there will be a further amendment it will be by Hon. T. J. Kajwang’. It is Hon. Keynan’s amendment which will be transacted but which Hon. T. J. Kajwang’ can seek a further amendment on. I hope that is clear to Members. We will not have the amendment by Hon. Emanikor. It stands suspended because new Clause 18 has been defeated. We will now dispense with the further amendment to Hon.
