    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to move the Bill. The main objective of this Bill is to propose the maximum permissible weight for the manual transportation of agricultural loads in order to ease transportation of agricultural commodities like maize, beans, potatoes, wheat, millet and protect the health and safety of workers who carry the loads and may experience health complications later in their lives. It provides for development of a training manual that will guide the manner in which such operations will be carried out. It provides for giving appropriate instructions to the workers on the manner in which such operations can be carried out safely."
