    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Bill. At the outset, I support the Bill. When you go to agricultural areas, you will find that people who buy farm produce make sure that farmers overload the produce, whether it is potatoes or tomatoes. To provide that nobody should carry more than 50 kilogrammes will assist the farmers in controlling how much goods they pack. This limitation on the maximum load to 50 kilogrammes will help the farmer and the person carrying the produce. Most young men carry heavy loads and later in life they have problems. It will reduce the cost incurred in hospitals. This Bill has many advantages. That is why I am supporting it. I thank the Mover of the Bill. Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
