    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I do not know whether you are aware of the words used by the Speaker of the National Assembly. I will not go into that but the long and short of it was that, as Senators, we are abetting wasteful usage of funds by counties. The Speaker of the National Assembly is the head of the National Assembly and you are the head of the Senate. Maybe, you will also tell us - if you are aware - what you are doing as the Speaker of the Senate by way of a rebuttal?"
