    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I was also wondering the position of the Kshs1 billion supposed to equip this House in order to oversight the counties that was held in the National Assembly and we were wondering that since the National Assembly Speaker is the one that presided over the issue, are we in order to ask your office to pursue this matter so that our Kshs1 billion can be brought back to us so that we can effectively oversight the counties? Mr. Speaker, Sir, we will have a situation where this House can be denied money so that it can be accused of not “oversighting” properly. I thank you."
