    "content": "So, it is important for us to involve the counties in the process before these treaties and conventions are ratified. Finally, the independence of this Senate is critical. If we are not given this opportunity then we do not have a reason why we should be in this office. There are several bodies that have proposed amendments. It is time for this country to accept that there is a problem in the current Constitution. We should amend it so that we can implement and enforce it without hiccups. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, with those remarks, I beg to support the amendment."
