    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me an opportunity to comment on this petition. It is a sad occasion that such a thing has to happen in Kenya and there is still a problem between communities. There have been proposals in this House before that we have a system of tracking animals so that when animals are stolen, they can easily be tracked and that will stop people from stealing animals because we will easily find them."
