    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I also wish to understand the rationale for rejecting this amendment because I believe consultations will enable the CS to make informed decisions. That is because the Board will have done investigations and whatever they are doing will be something that will come out more clearly. I think it will create consensus. So, I believe the Committee would have looked at this amendment again. It is a well-meaning amendment."
