    "content": "THAT, Clause 20 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (4)- (5) A person whose land or property is damaged as a result of the exercise of the powers of the Director of Mines under subsection (1) is entitled to fair, prompt and full compensation for such damage in accordance with this Act."
