    "content": "As a Committee, we agreed with this amendment from the Senate. This amendment seeks to provide for compensation for damage as a result of the exercise of the powers of the Director of Geological Survey. It also seeks to ensure that, in the exercise of the powers of the Director of Geological Survey, minimal damage or inconveniences are occasioned on the owner of the land or any lawful occupier in respect of which the powers are exercised. It is similar to the previous amendment. It is to ensure that in the exercise of the powers of the Director of Geological Survey, minimal damage is done to the properties. We agreed with the Senate on this amendment."
