    "content": "I can see the concerns of Members. In case we are talking about a representative of the Council of Governors (CoG), conflicts might arise with the Constitution. It is something that we need to look at and I want to challenge the hon. Member to look at how we can accommodate the concerns of representation of the county. Perhaps a nominee from the CoG to accommodate their interests and at the same time not to be in conflict with the Constitution.
