    "content": "We agreed with the proposal from the Senate. It is the use of the word ”unregistered” in reference to community land. This amendment provides more clarity on the concept to be given by the National Land Commission. If you read the Constitution, the word used there is “registered”. On that ground, we agreed with the Senate amendment."
