    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I stand to support the proposal by the Chair of the Committee. Indeed, at the moment, in the Departmental Committee of Energy, Communication and Information, we are going through the Petroleum Bill. The issue of compulsory acquisition of land has also come up. Indeed, before this House we were also discussing the Community Land Bill. Therefore, it is necessary for us to have one universal law whereby every other person or the Cabinet Secretary (CS) can be directed. We do not have to have different sets of Acts and laws in different Bills."
