    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady maybe the Chairperson of the Committee was not very clear. I tend to agree with what Hon. ole Kenta is saying. This sector has some uniqueness which must be appreciated, even as we procure. The Committee is rejecting this amendment from the Senate which is saying that we should do away with the uniqueness nature and just procure like any other sector. I do not know whether the Chairman needs to clarify that. According to me, we are rejecting the proposed amendment by the Senate."
