    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I would like to support the position of the Committee, but I would like to put a caution in the definition of the word “community”. Sometimes, communities transit into ethnic groups. Although I am supporting the amendment, I suggest that the term “community” should be broadened so that it can include people who live in the area even if they do not belong to the dominant ethnic group in the area."
