    "content": "No. I want to clarify one thing a member of our Committee has said. When we talk of the community, we talk about the people who are domiciled within the mining area. There will be a big rush if we say community involves everybody who is around. Even Tanzanians and other people from other regions will come over and that is not the local community. For example, if mining is taking place in Kitui, the local community includes the people within the locality where the mines are located. That is the clarification I wanted to make, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman."
