Temporary Deputy Chairlady, while the Chair of the Committee seems to tell us that you are more specific when you say “the National Assembly and the Senate,” in the Constitution, the use of word “Parliament” refers to the two Houses. I do not know what value we are adding by changing “Parliament” to “the National Assembly and the Senate”. The word is “Parliament”. When you talk about Parliament, it means the two Houses will get the report. Since we seem to agree, we can include it but I thought it is important to clarify that Parliament is a composition of the National Assembly and the Senate."
