    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I wish to oppose this because I do not see the role of the Senate on this issue. In the Constitution, mineral exploration is specifically a function of the national Government and does not include county governments. So, bringing in the Senate will complicate decision-making on the issues of minerals. I oppose."
