    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I concur with the Committee. The county governments want to get into what the national Government should be doing. After the exercise, or when the mining is going on, it is envisaged that that particular county will be getting its levies from the mining operations. At the end of the exercise, I do not support them to get the equipment, because there will be a body in the national Government which should handling all the mining operations in the country; it should be centralised. I support the Committee."
