    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I only said that the Mover of this Motion is a presidential candidate and since the Ministry of Agriculture is in the process of conducting this study and if the good Lord answers his prayers and he becomes the president of this country or anybody else, he should be able to implement the report of this study which will be beneficial to this country. This is because we have conducted very many studies, and as a Grand Coalition Government, we are in the process of ensuring that we conduct a comprehensive study which will guide the implementation of the fertilizer factory in the country. However, the implementation will be done in the 2012/2013 Financial Year."
