    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, thank you for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Bill. I believe it is one of the Bills which we are trying to enact so that we can actualise our Constitution. It is also one of the Bills which will take this country in the right direction as far as industrialisation is concerned. The Bill is quite voluminous. I support Hon. Gumbo that as we debate this Bill, we have to be critical of the same and look in detail at every clause, so that we do not regret or come up with amendments when it will be too late."
