    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you for the protection. I think I have been quite clear. I am only referring to the Mover of this particular Motion, Mr. Eugene Wamalwa, who harbours presidential ambition. We are saying that as the Grand Coalition Government, the study will be completed but the implementation will come in the next financial year. Whoever will be humbled enough to be the President of this country should give an undertaking that they are going to implement this noble project. Finally, as I support this Motion, I would like to assure the people of Kenya of the Government commitment to set up the fertilizer factory once there is a positive indication of the viability of the project. Thank you."
