    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Vice Chairperson of this Committee and a number of us in this House, have requested statements from this Committee, but they take time to respond. When we ask the reason why they delay in responding to these issues, we are told it is because the Cabinet Secretary is out of the country. His docket is Interior and Coordination of National Government. What is an interior Cabinet Secretary doing out of the country most of the time? We should be able to get a better explanation. We are not asking for questions from the Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs, it is the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government. You do not do that out of the country."
