    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I join you in welcoming our counterparts of the Committee on Delegated Legislation from the county assemblies. We met and we had a very fruitful deliberation. They have learnt a lot from us. We too have learnt from them. I can assure the Senate that this is a very competent and hardworking lot. We stand to gain a lot. I am sure the people they represent are happy with their work. What we have learnt mostly is that we need to collaborate and meet more often. We should also look for resources to give them for development and other uses for further interactions and make this country better and devolution to work."
