    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also add my voice to those of my fellow Senators who have contributed in welcoming the members of the county assemblies from various counties. We are so happy to have them. I am a Member of the Senate Committee on delegated legislation and we were so happy to have a session with them. I know they got, especially from you, a very strong presentation this morning. I am happy the Committee is well represented and the women are represented, especially in this visit and other Committees. I hope they are all aware that there are devolved funds which are supposed to assist the women, youth and the people with disabilities. I request them to do serious sensitisation about these devolved funds. We wish you good stay here and we are happy to see you. We need to work together. Thank you so much."
