    "content": "Mr. Speaker, sometime last year, I presented a Cabinet memorandum on the dwindling catches of the Nile perch and tilapia on Lake Victoria; one of the fundamental reasons for this was pollution of the lake waters. Therefore, a Cabinet subcommittee was constituted to look into this matter. I believe this particular subcommittee will handle this issue as we handle the issue of Lake Victoria."
