    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, to be frank, we have not issued that particular directive to the Government agency concerned with the banning of this pesticide. One, we wanted to know where it was actually used. We have established that there is no major factory along the banks of the Mara River, but there is a lot of human activity in terms of farming and we need to know which particular farm was using this particular pesticide. We may ban its use only to find that it is not in use, but it is someone who deliberately dumped it there. So, we want to be sure that there are farms that are using this particular pesticide. Once we do this, then the relevant government agency will be given the proper directive for enforcement."
