    "content": "Committee which was wrongly called a Select Committee. All these Committees are select but not all are ad hoc committee. I would like to inform the Member that, sometimes we have some of these ad hoc Committees becoming necessary because we have a need for very intense interrogation for a relatively short period of time. If you allocate it to a regular Committee and they are willing to accommodate it within their normal business, it will take a very long time and we want this to be done quickly so that the House or the Mover can come up with a Bill or regulation to sort out a problem which has been noticed.
