    "content": "on some lady prisoners especially when Lang’ata Prison was revamped. The ladies refused and the court was shocked why they were refusing to be set free. They said they wanted to go back to the prison. We should ensure that it is not too comfortable but at least to serve the purpose. I beg to support."
