You will go home and you will be killed if it is a domestic dispute and you have not been removed from that hostile environment. If it is something you witnessed, people find themselves in the wrong side of the coin for one reason or the other. So, it needs to be interrogated; your safety must be guaranteed, but if the court finds that you are just being too comfortable for nothing in prison, then it will rule and say that you be set free."
