    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, from my experience, remand prison falls within the Prisons Act. So, we can be able to look at that, but what we might not be able to look at is the police cells, although they are also in a horrible condition. I believe it is past the amendment time and so it depends on whether the House will instruct us to proceed. I do not know whether the procedure allows that. So, if we are supposed to do that, then an amendment should have been carried, but I think personally, I was looking at the Prisons Act and the Borstal Institution Act. Thank you."
