    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I want to start with the Bill. The Bill has been sent to the Government Printer and we thank you for your approval. It has gone for printing and we expect it back this week. This means it has been published and should be ready for the First Reading anytime. We intend to hold a Kamukunji for all Members so that before we start debate on that Bill we all go through it clause by clause so that we appreciate the direction the Bill is taking us. In terms of the audit fee that was raised by our friend from Chuka/Igambang’ombe Constituency, I will raise that matter with the CDF Board. However, I advise those constituencies which were in a hurry to pay the Auditor-General to make that claim with the Auditor-General because it is your constituency that made the payment to the Auditor-General.
