I was also in parts of Migori and Homa Bay counties over the weekend and the same concern was raised in Gwassi, Sori and Homa Bay. Does the Minister know the economic impact of this action on the communities around Nyanza and Western areas of the country? What will he do in the interim to ameliorate the lack of food because it is an issue of basic survival? Will he provide relief food in the mean time?"
