    "content": "Under the same Clause 4, the Senate did an amendment and brought in a new definition of the CoG. On this one, we felt their amendment was very good and it strengthened the amendments that were already on the Bill. We, therefore, agreed on this one. Again, under Clause 4, the Senate had a new definition for “strategic minerals.” While the definition they provided was good enough, we felt that this was repetitive because the same definition was provided for under Clause 16 of the Bill. We did not see any reason for repetition. We rejected that amendment on that ground."
