I saw in your communication; it says that the Bill was rejected at Second Reading. In the future what will happen? If a Bill is rejected at Second reading, what does that mean? Does it mean that it now goes to mediation, or does it collapse? Those issues have arisen from what they said, and my observation of the law. Perhaps, going forward, it will be important for us to have a law on that issue of mediation."
