    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of IDs is a pertinent issue. An ID is a very important document. In Kenya today, you cannot get a job without an ID. In Isiolo County, where I come from, the concern is similar. Some of the youths there are over 22 years and yet they do not have IDs. That denies them the right to employment in the country. I am sorry to say that, it is very easy for foreigners to get IDs and passports in this country while Kenyans are suffering at the hands of civil servants. It is really important that we investigate this matter properly and come up with a proper resolution and recommendation that will be implemented."
