Who knows, maybe parts of this country that are known to be with large forest cover, receive high rainfall and have good climatic condition may become ASAL areas because of deforestation. So, with that in mind it is important to include all the counties under this programme. About the CoG being included, I say “yes.” The voice of the governors has to be heard because they are the authority of devolution where this will be evaluated and managed.
