    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to once more take the opportunity to assure the Members and the Kenyan farmers in general that the Ministry of Agriculture has done its work; we are already in the process of undertaking the last procurement stage to ensure that we have adequate stocks of fertilizers of all the varieties in time. As at now, we have adequate stocks, but we are prepared for the long rains and next year and that is why we have are in the process of finalizing the current procurement process."
