    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Indeed, I still have 26 minutes to move. I do not intend to use the 26 minutes because I would like my colleagues to contribute. There is also other pending House business. I had just started by thanking the people who had helped me to work on the Bill. I will try to break down what this Bill is all about. This Bill is about creating an institution that will be called the Health Records and Information Managers Board. The reason being: Presently, people who conduct health records in the whole country do not have an established training curriculum. We are hoping to put in place a law that helps to regulate how the training is done. I had explained in small bits what that is about.
