    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I thank Hon. Neto for a well thought out and well calculated move to come up with a Bill on health records for this country. Until I listened to Hon. Neto, we had some concerns regarding this Bill. I sit in the Departmental Committee on Health. This Bill is well timed and well calculated because the country is going the universal healthcare route where we need to manage the records of all the patients, either electronically or manually.
