    "content": "On the issue of ethical values, we know what has been done by somebody else once it is recorded. On the issue of patent rights, what has been done by somebody else or researched particularly in the medical profession, its records and names are kept. So, we will avoid situations like the one we had one time when Prof. Obel came up with a discovery of HIV drugs with Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI). Later on, it was found out that there were some guys in KEMRI who were taking credit for it. That tug of war ended up killing the spirit upon which the research would have gone on."
